Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You acknowledge and agree that you will use the product as intended, making sure to check and abide by the safety information Glossy Boys provides. Personal care products are personal by nature and as such you should take great care when applying any substance to your person. Checking out is agreeing to the terms and conditions of the product you are purchasing.

We take great care to explain the use of at-home gel nail polish and that Xtreme Wear nail polish pens require a UV Lamp to complete and dry the polish and will not work without the UV Lamp.

Nail polish is a chemical product and may stain or mark clothing, skin, or any surface it touches. Please take great care when using any Glossy Boys product to protect your personal and any surfaces before use. Glossy Boys will take no responsibility for damage to clothing or surfaces. The products should only be used as intended and described.

Some people may be more sensitive to chemical and personal care products than others. Please ensure you follow the safety tips as provided and use of product/s. Removal products are chemical in nature and patch tests should be applied and require 24 hours to note any reaction. Do not use any product on broken or aggravated skin.

Do not swallow or ingest in any way. Products may come with small parts or plastic bags and may be dangerous to small children or those with special needs, take care that packaging and products are stored safely and away from those who could be affected. Do not use any plug where the wire is frayed or damaged in any way. Glossy Boys takes no responsibility for damage to USB Ports or any other electrical product connected to the UV Lamps. Take care to test USB connections and ports for safety.

Glossy Boys cares about your physical and psychological well-being. If you feel you are in a situation where you may be threatened by using gender-non-conforming products, please save your use for a time and location where you are safe. Glossy Boys will always be shipped in discrete packaging unless requested otherwise to protect your safety. Be mindful of online bullying and harassment. Keep any personal information from cyberbullies and be mindful when you post. Removal of Xtreme wear gel nail polish is a process that requires care and patience. Do not buff polish beyond the polish layer and take care not to damage the nail bed or nail surrounds. Do not apply removal product or nail polish to any open wounds, broken or aggravated skin or areas that may be sensitive. Only use as directed.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 26 - GIFT CARD ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use apply to every Glossy Boys Gift Card.

By purchasing, Redeeming or attempting to Redeem a Glossy Boys Gift Card or enquiring as to the Card Balance on a Glossy Boys Gift Card, you:

accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use;
acknowledge that you have read and understood the Glossy Boys Privacy Policy; and
warrant to us that you will comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and that the Glossy Boys Gift Card will not be used in any manner which is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers.

If you intend to give a Glossy Boys Gift Card to another person, you should ensure that the person is aware of these Terms of Use and the Expiry Date.

Purchasing a Glossy Boys Gift Card

Glossy Boys Gift Cards can be purchased online via the Website.

At our absolute discretion, we may change the minimum and maximum amounts of credit that can be loaded on Glossy Boys Gift Card. If we decide to change these amounts, we will publish a notice advising of any such changes on the Website.

There may be a delay between when credit is loaded onto a Glossy Boys Gift Card and when the Glossy Boys Gift Card is activated by our point of sale system. During the period of delay, the Glossy Boys Gift Card can not be used to make purchases or to enquire as to the Card Balance.

Your Glossy Boys Gift Card is valid for use 12 months from date of purchase.

Any remaining or unspent credit cannot be used or Redeemed after the expiry date.

Redeeming your Glossy Boys Gift Card

Your Glossy Boys Gift Card can be Redeemed for goods and services from Glossy Boys Website up to the amount of the Card Balance. Any credit Redeemed is deducted from the Card Balance.

Where the price of the goods or services being purchased with a Glossy Boys Gift Card exceeds the Card Balance, you must pay the amount exceeding the Card Balance by an alternative method, subject to acceptance of such alternative method by the Website or the Glossy Boys store in its absolute discretion (whichever is applicable).

The resale of Glossy Boys Gift Cards is strictly prohibited, except with our prior written consent. Subject to our prior written consent, Glossy Boys Gift Cards can not be sold for more than the value of the credit which was originally loaded on to it. Glossy Boys Gift Cards which are resold in breach of this clause will be invalid with the result that purchasers of such Glossy Boys Gift Cards will not be able to use or Redeem the Card Balance on their Glossy Boys Gift Card.

The use of Glossy Boys Gift Cards is restricted to the purchase of standard retail quantities of Glossy Boys goods and services.

No re-loading of Glossy Boys Gift Cards and no cash advances

Credit may be loaded on to a Glossy Boys Gift Card only once. Once the Card Balance of a Glossy Boys gift Card has reached a nil balance, it can not be reused, re-loaded or re-activated.

You can not obtain any cash advance with a Glossy Boys Gift Card or Redeem (in whole or in part) a Glossy Boys Gift Card for cash.

Gift Card Balance enquiries

You can check the Card Balance, Expiry Date and transaction history of your Glossy Boys Gift Card by speaking to one of our staff in-store, visiting our Website or contacting us at melissa@Glossy Boys.com.au

To make any of the above enquires; you must provide the Serial Number and the PIN of the Glossy Boys Gift Card.

Lost, stolen or damaged Glossy Boys Gift Cards

You must treat your Glossy Boys Gift Card like cash. If your Glossy Boys Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact the Glossy Boys store from which you purchased the Glossy Boys Gift Card or the person or organisation who gave you the Glossy Boys Gift Card. However, we have no obligation to replace the lost, stolen or damaged Glossy Boys Gift Card or reimburse you for the amount of the Card Balance on such Glossy Boys Gift Card except where the Glossy Boys Gift Card is proven to be faulty or damaged as a result of the production process or otherwise due to the fault of us, our agents or contractors and we have breached any condition or warranty implied under any relevant and applicable consumer protection legislation which can not be excluded in these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to deactivate your Glossy Boys Gift Card if:

(a) you inform us that your Glossy Boys Gift Card has been lost, stolen or damaged; or

(b) we reasonably believe that you have used, or will use, your Glossy Boys Gift Card in breach of these Terms of Use.

Gift Card Liability

You are responsible for the use and safety of your Glossy Boys Gift Card and are liable for all transactions made on your Glossy Boys Gift Card, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.

We are not liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or special) either in negligence, other tort, breach of contract, breach of warranty or for any other reason or cause whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with a Glossy Boys Gift Card, these Terms of Use or your use of the Website, including any loss or corruption of data, interference with or damage to your computer or any interruption, delay or failure in the Website.

The exclusion of our liability in above only applies to the extent permitted by law. Where any relevant and applicable consumer protection legislation implies any condition or warranty that can not be excluded in these Terms of Use, we limit our liability for breach of any such implied conditions or warranties to the re-supply of the services (or costs thereof). Any liability we have to you will be reduced by the extent (if any) to which you caused or contributed to the loss or damage. This will apply even after these Terms of Use are no longer in effect.

Gift Card Relationship with Glossy Boys

Glossy Boys Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including, without limitation, internet advertisements, emails, websites, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements and radio and television broadcasts) unless you have obtained our prior written consent. Glossy Boys Gift Cards that are used in marketing, advertising or other promotional activities in breach of this will be invalid with the result that recipients of such Glossy Boys Gift Cards will be unable to Redeem the credit loaded on the Glossy Boys Gift Cards.

Use of our name or brands or any names, logos or design in relation to Glossy Boys Gift Cards (except when used in connection with the purchase or use of Glossy Boys Gift Cards pursuant to these Terms of Use), is strictly prohibited.

You must not use a Glossy Boys Gift Card in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed, sponsored or otherwise affiliated with us or any of our subsidiaries or affiliates.

Gift Card Questions and complaints

Any complaints about goods or services purchased with a Glossy Boys Gift Card should, in the first instance, be resolved directly with the store from which the goods or services were purchased.

Gift Card General Provisions

These Terms of Use are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the applicable law in the State of Western Australia, Australia, irrespective of where a Glossy Boys Gift Card is purchased or used. In any action or other legal process with respect to any matter or thing in connection with these Terms of Use, you irrevocably submit to the authority of the Courts having jurisdiction in the State of Western Australia, Australia.

Nothing in these Terms of Use affects any rights you may have and which by law cannot be excluded including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

If part of all of any clause of these Terms of Use is illegal, invalid or unenforceable then it will be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable, but if that is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms of Use
